DEN'S SOURDOUGH
 

2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar

Add water to make creamy batter. Store in refrigerator in airtight container.

SOURDOUGH BREAD:

4 c. starter
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. yeast
Enough flour to make dough

Let rise until double. Knead. Let rise 1 hour more. Make into loaves (2). Let rise until double. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

SOURDOUGH PANCAKES:

For every 2 cups starter, add: 1 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda

SOURDOUGH PIZZA CRUST:

1 c. starter
1 egg
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. baking soda

Add enough flour to make dough.
