1 3/4 c. flour 1 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 c. sour cream 1/4 c. melted butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped pears 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips Combine dry ingredients. Blend eggs, sour cream, butter and vanilla. Stir in pears and chocolate chips. Fold pear mixture into dry ingredients until just moistened. Put batter into muffin cups. Top with Streusel: 1/4 c. nuts 1/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. butter Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. |
