BANANA RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS
 

1 c. All-Bran
1/4 c. skim milk
1 c. mashed ripe banana
1 egg
1/4 c. corn oil butter
1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. soft brown sugar
1/4 c. seedless raisins

Combine bran, milk, and bananas in mixing bowl. Add egg and butter. Beat well. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to batter. Add brown sugar and raisins. Beat just enough to combine. Spoon into paper-lined muffin cups filling to 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
