SAUSAGE BREAD
 

1 lb. frozen bread or pizza dough
1 1/2 lb. sausage (sweet and hot, or to taste)
Sm. Mozzarella cheese

Take sausage meat out of casing. Pan fry until meat is brown. Drain and cool. Grate cheese.

Roll out dough until flat (approximately 1/8 inch thick) then square off dough. Sprinkle sausage on dough followed by cheese. Fold over so that dough lays on top of sausage. Continue doing this until you have 1 long loaf. Bake in oven 40-45 minutes at 400 degrees or until golden brown.

Bake bread on ungreased pan.
