1 pkg. active dry yeast or quick-rise yeast 2 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. corn meal In small bowl, dissolve yeast in 3/4 cup very warm water (105 to 115 degrees). In large bowl, stir flour, salt and yeast mixture until blended. Cover bowl with waxed paper; let dough rest 5 minutes. Lightly grease 12-14 inch pizza pan; sprinkle with corn meal. Pat dough onto bottom of pizza pan, shaping dough into 1/2 inch high rim at edge of pan. |
