ROMANO CHEESE DRUMETTES
 

1 (5 lb.) bag drumettes
2 1/2 to 3 sticks butter
1 lg. jar Romano cheese

Put butter in deep pan on stove to melt. Put chicken pieces in melted butter until well coated keeping heat on low so that the butter doesn't harden. You may press each chicken piece into cheese or shake in large covered bowl. Heat oven to 450 degrees and place chicken pieces on 2 cookie sheets covered with aluminum foil with lightly brushed on butter on foil to prevent sticking. Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes or longer.
