BANANA PINEAPPLE NUT BREAD
 

3 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. mashed ripe bananas
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 (9"x5") loaf pans. Combine dry ingredients. Stir in nuts and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients. Add to dry mix, stirring just until moistened. Spoon into prepared pans. Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
