2 c. flour 1 1/4 c. sugar 2 tsp. soda 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. grated carrots 1/2 c. raisins 1/2 c. chopped nuts Grated orange peel 1/2 c. coconut 1 med. apple, grated 3 eggs, beaten 1 c. oil 2 tsp. vanilla Mix flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon, and salt; add rest of ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 dozen. |
