SOUR CREAM CORNBREAD
 

1/2 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 tbsp. salt
1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
Diced onion to taste
4 oz. can of creamed corn

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan and bake for 30 minutes or until done at 350 degrees.
