1 loaf Vienna or French bread 8-10 oz. Swiss cheese 2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms 2 sticks butter, melted 2 tbsp. dry onion 2 tbsp. poppy seeds 1 tbsp. Lowrey seasoning salt 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. dry mustard Cut bread part way through long and short ways to make 3/4 inch cubes. Stuff Swiss cheese and mushrooms into slits. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. |
