2 1/2 c. flour 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. buttermilk 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 lb. butter, melted 1 1/2 c. blueberries, drained Sift dry ingredients together in large bowl. Make a well, add buttermilk, eggs and butter. Mix well. Fold in blueberries. Fill well-greased muffin tins 1/2 full and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. |
