EASY WHEAT BATTER BREAD
 

2 1/2 c. very warm water
2 pkg. active dry yeast
4 1/2 c. flour
1 c. Pillsbury Farina, or other wheat cereal, uncooked
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cooking oil

In large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. (Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off). Stir in remaining ingredients; blend well. Cover; let rise in warm place until light and doubled in size, 45-60 minutes. Generously grease two 8 x 4 inch or 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Stir down dough; divide and spoon into greased pans. Cover; let rise in warm place until light and doubled in size, 30-45 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake 25-35 minutes until golden brown. Loosen edges and immediately remove from pans. 2 loaves.
