2 cups King Arthur White Whole Wheat flour 1 cup all purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons butter 1 egg 1 1/3 cups buttermilk 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Combine the dry ingredients. Stir in the remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Place in a well buttered loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 35 minutes or until done.
