2 c. no fat plain yogurt Juice of 1 lemon 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard 2 cloves garlic, pressed 2 tsp. each basil, oregano & black pepper Combine the above ingredients until well blended. Arrange fish or skinless chicken or turkey breasts in a shallow dish. Pour marinade over the meat. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Remove chicken or fish from dish, eliminating excess marinade. Bake or broil until done. Fish and chicken can also be rolled in Italian style bread crumbs before cooking. Delicious and moist. |
