LOW CHOLESTEROL EASY CHICKEN
 

Chicken parts - legs, thighs, wings, breasts but not boneless breasts
Lowfat milk
Italian flavored bread crumbs

Remove skin from chicken, discard skin. Dip each chicken piece in milk and coat with bread crumbs. Put pieces in single layer in baking dish, greased or ungreased. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes, turning once.
