3 lb. chicken wings 1/2 c. vinegar 1 c. brown sugar, packed 1 c. catsup 2 tbsp. flour 2 tsp. celery salt 1 tsp. ground cloves 1 tsp. dry mustard 2 cloves garlic or more to taste Place wings in a single layer in a greased baking pan. Combine vinegar, sugar, catsup, flour, celery salt, cloves, and mustard in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; simmer until smooth. Pour over chicken wings. Marinate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours, covered for first hour. |
