1 c. flour 1 tbsp. cornstarch Salt to taste 2 tbsp. rice flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 2 egg whites, unbeaten Chicken wings & drumsticks Mix dry ingredients, set aside. Cut little end off wings. Use large end only. Using knife, cut around little end and push meat up 3/4 of the way. Pour egg whites over wings. Roll drums stick in flour mixture and deep fry. |
