Italian dressing 2 chicken pieces 1/4 tsp. salt 1 med. potato, pared 1 med. zucchini 2 tbsp. ketchup 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves 1 tbsp. butter Heat oven to 400 degrees. Brush dressing on chicken. Sprinkle with salt. Cut zucchini into slices. Place on potato and salt. Place chicken pieces on zucchini; top with ketchup, oregano and butter. Wrap securely in foil and bake until tender (about 1 hour). Make 1 foil pack per person. |
