CHICKEN IN WHITE WINE SAUCE
 

4 whole boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. white wine or Zinfandel
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. crushed croutons
4 slices American cheese, halved

Cut whole breast in half, cut off excess skin and fat; place in 13x9 pan. Place 1/2 slices of cheese on each piece of chicken.

Combine soups, wine and butter. Mix well. Pour over chicken ensuring chicken is completely covered. Sprinkle crushed croutons over sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
