Dijon mustard 1/4 c. finely chopped fresh herbs, any combination of rosemary, thyme, basil, oregano, and parsley 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. coarsely cracked pepper 4 whole lg. chicken breasts, skinned, boned, and halved Combine marinade ingredients in large sealable storage bag. Add chicken pieces. Marinate for 2 to 4 hours in refrigerator. Remove chicken from marinade and grill over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes on each side. |
