4 chicken breasts 1/2 c. cooking oil 1/2 c. lemon juice 1/4 c. lime juice 1 onion, minced 1 tsp. tarragon Salt and pepper to taste Marinate chicken in remaining ingredients in large bowl. Put in refrigerator overnight. Drain and place over hot coals. Turn frequently, basting with marinade until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Serve with rice and remaining marinade. |
