1 whole chicken 1 bunch green onions 1 green pepper 1 can Rotel tomatoes 1 can Cheddar cheese soup 1 sm. pkg. spaghetti noodles 1/2 stick butter 1 sm. can mushrooms, drained Salt Pepper Boil chicken and de-bone. Save broth, chop chicken and set aside. Saute chopped onion and chopped green pepper in 1/2 stick butter. Add Rotel tomatoes, chopped. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth; drain and mix chicken, spaghetti with all that was sauteed and add mushrooms, salt and pepper. Heat at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. |
