1 lb. turkey tenderloins (3/4 inch thick) 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. vegetable oil 1/4 c. dry sherry or apple cider 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. dehydrated onion 1/4 tsp. ground ginger Dash black pepper Dash garlic salt Place turkey in a shallow glass baking pan. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over turkey. Cover and refrigerate several hours. Grill tenderloins over hot coals 6-8 minutes per side or until juice runs clear. Do not overcook. Yield: 3-4 servings. |
