CHICKEN LASAGNA
 

6 full lasagna noodles, cooked as directed

Combine:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chopped ripe olives
1 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
4 c. cubed cooked turkey or chicken
1 c. chopped ham

Have ready:

3 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

In a buttered 9 x 13 pan spread 1/3 meat mixture, half of the lasagna noodles, 1/3 meat mixture, 1/2 of the Swiss cheese, remaining lasagna noodles, last 1/3 meat mixture, second half Swiss cheese, Mozzarella cheese. Garnish with chopped ripe olives and pimento. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly. +
