CHICKEN IN ORANGE AND WINE
 

1 chicken, cut in pieces
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. white wine

Place cut up chicken in a shallow pan and sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Make a sauce by mixing together sugar and flour, egg, orange juice and wine. Cook over low heat, stirring until slightly thickened. Pour over the chicken. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for about 1 hour.
