1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 c. cut up cooked chicken 2 c. cooked macaroni or pasta 2 med. stalks celery, chopped (about 1 c.) 1/2 c. frozen green peas, thawed Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper until blended. Toss with remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled. Makes 5 servings. |
