1 c. sliced chicken breast 2 c. coconut milk 2 tbsp. fish sauce 1 chicken bouillon cube 2 tbsp. lemon or lime juice 1 tbsp. sliced kha Cilantro Cook chicken in coconut milk. Add sliced kha (can buy dried in Asian market). Cook until chicken is tender. Season with fish sauce and lime juice. Sprinkle top with cilantro. (Can substitute salt to taste for fish sauce.) |
