GRILLED CHICKEN BUNDLES
 

1/4 lb. process American cheese
4 chicken breasts, skinned, boned & cut in half
16 slices bacon
1/4 c. prepared barbecue sauce

Prepare grill. Cut cheese into 1/2 x 1 x 1 inch chunks. Make a vertical slit in each chicken breast half to form pocket. Place cheese in pocket. roll into a bundle and wrap criss-cross with 2 slices of bacon. Secure bacon with wooden toothpicks.

Grill, using indirect heat about 6 inches above coals for 30 to 40 minutes or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease. Place over direct heat last 10 minutes to crisp bacon. Brush with sauce during last 10 minutes.
