GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST
 

Skinless chicken breasts
Kikkoman teriyaki marinade
Honey
Prepared Dijon mustard
Orange juice

Cut 2 whole breasts in half down seam - 4 chicken breasts.

Marinade: Place 2/3 cup teriyaki marinade, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard and 1/3 cup orange juice all in a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed. Place chicken in marinade 12-24 hours under refrigeration, turning chicken during marinade time to allow for absorption. When ready to cook drain off excess marinade from bowl and place chicken over preheated clean grill. Cook approximately 4-5 minutes on each side.
