Boneless chicken breasts 1 to 2 eggs beaten 1/2 box Rice Krispies crushed 1/2 env. Lipton onion soup mix Parmesan cheese (as much as desired) 1 to 2 sticks butter melted Add soup mix and Parmesan cheese to the crushed Rice Krispies in a plastic bag. Pour 1/2 of melted butter onto a cookie sheet. Dip chicken pieces in eggs and then Rice Krispies. Place on cookie sheet. Drizzle remaining butter over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees about 1 hour, turning over at least once. |
