CHICKEN IN GRAVY ROLLUPS
 

6 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
6 slices (cooked or baked ham)
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 can mushrooms
Flour
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted

Sprinkle each side of breast with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Place slice of ham and cheese on each piece and roll up. Dredge in flour and brown. Combine chicken broth, soup and mushrooms and pour over chicken breasts and bake until done around 1 hour or more. Maybe served on cooked rice or with mashed potatoes.
