1 pkg. boneless, skinless chicken tenders 1/4 c. butter 1/3 c. teriyaki sauce 3 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. minced fresh garlic 1/2 tsp. sugar In skillet, melt butter, add chicken to skillet. Cook 3 or 4 minutes. Turn chicken over, cook 3 or 4 minutes. Remove chicken, set aside. Stir in teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, garlic and sugar. Return chicken, simmer 3 minutes on each side. Serve over rice. |
