CHICKEN IN MUSHROOM SAUCE
 

Deskinned chicken (amount depends on number of people to feed)
Fresh mushrooms
Flour with salt and pepper
Canned mushroom soup (Number of cans depends on number of people to feed)
Milk
butter for frying and sauteing

Dip chicken into milk and coat with flour mixture. Fry chicken slowly in butter until golden brown. Saute mushrooms in butter until tender. Arrange chicken and mushrooms in casserole. (Ham can be added if desired). In a pan, heat soup with milk and salt and pepper to taste and cover chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
