CHICKEN FRY - BAKE
 

6 split chicken breasts
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 can water
1/4 c. minced onion
1 c. grated cheese

Lightly salt and flour chicken and quickly fry to a light golden brown. Place chicken in a baking dish with meaty side down.

Mix rest of ingredients and pour over chicken; cover with foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
