1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 med. onion (chopped) 1/2 green pepper (chopped) 2 tbsp. prepared (dry) mustard 1/3 c. catsup 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed chicken gumbo soup Salt and pepper Toasted split hamburger buns Brown beef and drain. Add onion and green peppers and saute 1-2 minutes. Add mustard, catsup, soup, 1/2 cup water and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Bring to boil, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally (approximately 30 minutes). Serve on rolls. |
