1 (12.5 oz.) can chunk white chicken, drained 1 stalk celery, diced 1 med. apple, chopped 1 c. pineapple chunks, drained well 2 tbsp. raisins, plumped 2 tsp. toasted sesame seed 5 tbsp. mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. curry powder (can add more to your taste) Combine first five ingredients and 2/3 of the sesame seeds in bowl. Add mixture of mayo and curry powder, toss to mix. Sprinkle with remaining seeds. Serves 4. |
