4 chicken cutlets 16 oz. cream cheese & chive, whipped 1/4 lb. butter 1/4 lb. bacon First pound chicken. Put whipped cream cheese and chive, about 2 tablespoons, in each chicken cutlet. And a pat of butter in each one. Roll up and wrap a slice of bacon around it. Put in oven for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Then put in broiler for 5 minutes or until bacon is brown. Bake in shallow pan. Cheese that comes out makes a nice sauce over top of the chicken. |
