5 to 6 chicken breasts 1 to 2 pkgs. frozen broccoli 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1/3 c. butter 6 oz. grated cheese (any type) Bread crumbs to cover top of casserole Cook chicken until tender. Cool - take meat from bone and cube. Cook broccoli until done - heat together soups - lemon juice, mayonnaise and butter. Layer the chicken, broccoli and soup mixture in buttered casserole dish. Top with grated cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
