MARINATED GRILLED CHICKEN BREASTS
 

MARINADE:

3 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. white wine
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. chopped green onion
Fresh ground pepper

Place all above in zip-lock bag in large bowl. Add boneless, skinless breasts and marinate 1 hour in refrigerator or 1/2 hour at room temperature. Grill over hot coals 4-5 minutes per side. Serve.

Optional: Can also add 1/4 cup pineapple juice to marinade.
