1 fresh bunch broccoli 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 c. bread crumbs 1/8 c. butter, softened 2 c. chicken 1 can cream of broccoli soup 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup 1 c. milk Cook chicken. Place in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan in chunks. Add cooked broccoli. Combine soup and milk in saucepan over medium heat until smooth. Pour over broccoli and chicken. Spread 2 cups Cheddar cheese over soup mixture. Combine butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until brown. |
