CHICKEN PARISIENNE
 

6 (5 oz.) chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sauteed mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sherry
Paprika

Place chicken in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients except paprika and pour over chicken. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until tender. Serve with hot fluffy rice. Serves 4-6.

NOTE: This can be assembled the day before it is to be served. Just refrigerate until ready to bake.
