Use 8 x 8 inch pan. Serves 4. 1 pkg. thawed California mix frozen vegetables Layer of vegetables. Layer of chicken. SAUCE: 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 sm. jar mushrooms Pour sauce over vegetables and chicken. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove foil. Sprinkle grated sharp Cheddar cheese over top and return to oven until melted. |
