1 c. dry sherry 1 c. peanut or regular vegetable oil Juice of 1 lemon 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 sm. onion, grated 3 tsp. thyme 2 tbsp. salt (I use less and add red pepper flakes for zip) 3 tsp. pepper Mix ingredients well. Grill pieces of chicken, basting often, turning often, and cooking 35 to 40 minutes. Delicious with chicken wings. Sauce can be used again. |
