6 chicken breasts (take skin off) 1/2 c. finely chopped celery 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper 1 c. chopped onions 1 stick butter 1 c. BBQ sauce 1 c. water 1 cooking bag Salt and pepper to taste Place chicken in cooking bag. Spread celery, green peppers, onions, salt and pepper over chicken. Cut butter into quarters and put over chicken. Mix BBQ sauce and water together and pour over chicken. Tie bag and make a few holes in top of bag. Bake at 400 degrees for 45-55 minutes. |
