1 lb. ground turkey 1 egg white or 3 tbsp. egg substitute 1/2 c. oat bran 3 tbsp. ketchup 1 tbsp. barbecue sauce 1/2 tsp. mustard 1/2 green pepper, minced 3 slices onion, minced 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. sage 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/4 tsp. marjoram 1/4 tsp. celery seed Mix all ingredients together and form into a loaf. Spray pan with Pam. Bake for 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees. Use a meat thermometer (170 degrees) to be sure of doneness.
