8 chicken breast, cooked ahead 2 (10 oz.) frozen pkg. broccoli, cooked and drained Mix: 3/4 c. mayonnaise 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 tsp. curry powder Bone chicken and place in pan in layers with broccoli. Cover with the mix. Grate cheddar cheese (about 4 oz. or to taste). Cook at 350 degrees medium heat for 1 hour. (I cook about 45 minutes before freeing. Let thaw at room temperature and heat before using.) Cook Minute Rice while chicken heats. Pour Chicken Devon over rice and serve. |
