CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI
 

1 sm. chicken
1 bunch fresh broccoli (cleaned and cooked almost tender)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder

Simmer chicken in salted water 1 hour or until cooked. Remove chicken, cool and remove meat from bones. Lay chicken pieces in 9 x 13 inch casserole. Lay cooked broccoli spears on top. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken and broccoli. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until it bubbles. Serve over rice or noodles.
