1 c. rice, uncooked 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 soup can of milk Mix and pour into 9x13 baking dish. Place 6 or 8 thighs on top. Sprinkle one package of onion soup mix over the chicken. Cover tightly with lid or aluminum foil. Bake 2 hours at 350 degrees. The pan should be greased or sprayed with Pam. |
