RUSSIAN DRESSING CHICKEN
 

1 (8 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 bottle Russian salad dressing
2 cut up fryers

Mix first 3 ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

For an appetizer, cut boneless chicken into bite-sized chunks. Pour sauce over and adjust baking time. Serve with toothpicks.
