HOMEMADE CHICKEN POT PIE
 

c. boiled, deboned chicken
1 (10 oz.) box frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. celery (optional)
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 stick melted butter
2 cans creamed soup (celery, chicken, or mushrooms)
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. Bisquick

Put chicken in bottom of 9 x 13 inch Pyrex baking dish. Sprinkle over chicken, 10 ounce box mixed vegetables and celery. Mix together broth, 1/2 melted butter, and 2 cans soup. Pour this mixture on top of chicken, mixed vegetables, and celery.

Crust: Mix buttermilk and Bisquick together and pour over top of other ingredients. Spread evenly. Bake at 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees.
